The key objective is to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, whilst supporting the finance function to forecast the manufacture of the bill of materials.Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate BOMs (bill of materials) and costings into our clients ERP system.
  • Accurately calculate and analyse material usage.
  • Set up and oversee regular PO's for suppliers.
  • Provide stakeholders with user engaging manufacturing focused Excel dashboards, projecting the forecast of the bill of material for manufacturing.
  • Build long lasting and effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

The Candidate

  • Previous experience working in a Finance Assistant/Data position or recently graduated from university and looking for your first permanent role.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office user including Excel.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Able to commute to Market Harborough.
  • Strong analytical skills.
