We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school in Kettering starting from November 2024. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing children’s learning experiences and working in a supportive educational environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Support the class teacher in managing behaviour and enhancing the learning environment.
- Utilise imagination and innovation to improve the learning experience for all pupils.
- Work with small groups and provide 1:1 support to students as needed.
- Adapt teaching resources on the spot to meet the needs of the pupils.
- Maintain a flexible approach to daily tasks and challenges.
- Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar educational positions.
- Strong ability to manage classroom behaviour and support a lead teacher.
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
- Passion for working with children and enhancing their educational experience.
