We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school in Kettering starting from November 2024. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing children’s learning experiences and working in a supportive educational environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the class teacher in managing behaviour and enhancing the learning environment.
  • Utilise imagination and innovation to improve the learning experience for all pupils.
  • Work with small groups and provide 1:1 support to students as needed.
  • Adapt teaching resources on the spot to meet the needs of the pupils.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to daily tasks and challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar educational positions.
  • Strong ability to manage classroom behaviour and support a lead teacher.
  • Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Passion for working with children and enhancing their educational experience.
