We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join an all-through school in Northampton. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their personal developmental milestones.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support students with SEN, ensuring they achieve their personal developmental milestones.
  • Collaborate with staff members to create an engaging and stimulating environment for children.
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
  • Provide support to children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Availability to work from 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
  • Recent experience working with children in a school or alternative environment is preferred, but previous experience with children in some capacity in the UK is essential.
  • Willingness to perform personal care tasks.
  • Experience with or openness to working with children with SEN.
  • Must possess or be willing to apply for a Child Only enhanced DBS.
