Deputy Home Manager (LD 4 Bed Service) -£25,000.00 (Days) -Kettering NN16 PERMANENT

Due to the opening of a brand new 4 Bed LD service in central Kettering (Rockingham Road Area), a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Home Manager. The Home is a fantastic facility with first class amenities, in a great location. We are recruiting a Deputy Home Manager (OR Experienced Senior Support Worker who is ready for the next step) to deliver a quality of care and support to our service users.

Shifts are both Earlies and Lates (7am-2.30pm and2.30pm-10pm), working 5 shifts a week. This includes alternative weekends.You must work BOTH early and late shifts.

Please note -at present having a Full UK driving licence is essential as you will be using the company vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • A good working knowledge of CQC standards and the Health and Social Act 2008;
  • You will be tasked with helping to lead and supervising the support and careteams to deliver the highest standards of person centred care.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (3 points Maximum) and be over 25 years of age due to insurance purposes.
  • Its important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 5.
  • You will be supported by the experienced management team.
