Are you a driven finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a client in Kettering who is looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join their team.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll work closely with clients, providing the financial information they need to drive their businesses forward. From preparing monthly reports and budgets to offering valuable insights into performance, you’ll be at the heart of helping them achieve their goals.
The Role
- Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
- Supporting clients with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Building strong relationships and being a trusted point of contact for financial queries.
- Assisting with year-end processes and liaising with auditors when required.
- Developing clear and accessible reporting solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborating with your team to share knowledge and ensure a high-quality service.
The Candidate
We’re seeking a finance professional with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be able to communicate financial information clearly, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Experience in a client-facing role would be advantageous but isn’t essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is confident working to deadlines, collaborative in their approach, and eager to contribute to the success of the team.
Remuneration
- Salary: Up to £31,500 per annum depending on experience
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - Future potential hybrid working
- Holidays: 23 days plus statutory days (can buy and sell holiday)
