• Lead service delivery for a significant portfolio of agriculture clients, overseeing all commercial aspects of portfolio management
• Strategically direct the portfolio with a growth mindset, scoping cross-selling, up-selling and new business opportunities
• Champion service excellence across the team, responsible for quality control and nurturing skillsets
• Implement new processes and systems to improve efficiencies
• Interpret changes to legislation and emerging trends to ensure best practice across the portfolio
• Monitor agriculture news to forecast issues for clients and provide trusted advisory
• Preparation of accounts for larger, more complex clients
• Work closely with Partners to manage WIP reporting and ensure deadlines and budgets are being met
• Nurture a diverse team, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training
• Represent at the firm at networking and business events, building a network of local contacts and potential clients
• Set an example as a hands-on and inspirational leader
