Excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Director to work for this market leading B2C business. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that will lead the business to further successful growth, generating work through its market leading brands. This role requires a strategic thinker, with significant expertise in performance marketing. The successful candidate will have experience in lead generation, with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results in a B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, TV and display advertising.• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns; measure the success of these initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.• Direct social media strategies that engage audiences, increase followers, and drive customer interaction• Protect and enhance the brand with a focus on customer reviews, feedback and PR. • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.• Enhance the user experience on the company’s website and digital platforms through optimisation and personalisation.• Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and platform providers to enhance digital marketing efforts.• Contribute to overall business strategy by aligning digital initiatives with business objectives, customer experience and AI opportunities

Skills and experience:• Experience in a senior marketing leadership role • A professional marketing body accredited qualification• Proven experience in performance marketing (PPC, SEO, tracking, content strategy), with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs.• Expertise in lead generation • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Ads, SA360, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making• Excellent leadership and team management skills• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
