We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our client based in Kettering as a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis paying £24,000.00. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales department by ensuring smooth operations, efficient order processing, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing:- Efficiently process and manage sales orders from initiation to fulfilment.- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order entry and processing.- Collaborate with various departments to streamline order fulfilment processes.

2. Record-Keeping:- Maintain and organise detailed and up-to-date records of sales transactions.- Generate and analyse sales reports to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

3. Customer Support:- Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, fostering positive customer relationships.
