- Receive and respond to all customer and potential customer contacts
- Produce quotations in line with Company guidelines
- Process and track orders
- Expedite current orders
- Progress and chase outstanding payments
- Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure all outstanding orders are running to schedule and communicate any potential delays to management/clients
- Generate works orders and arrange shipment of freight, scheduling of freight forwarders and collate appropriate documentation
- Co-ordinate returns on quality issues
- Generate reports and input data into spreadsheets
- Analysis of existing customer base, develop new contacts and identify new opportunities
- Candidates will be required to have the following:
- Previous experience in sales administration or similar role
- Able to build effective relationships quickly
- Able to work as part of a team
- Influencing and persuasion skills
- Competent with using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment utilising supply chain systems
- Experience of generating import/export documentation
- Ability to speak additional languages
