Adecco are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a market leading and UK-based manufacturing company in Kettering as they expand their team.

Job Description:

  • Handling existing customer enquiries via incoming calls relating to after sales
  • Maintain customer records on the system
  • Ordering spare parts/materials as requested by the client relating to previously purchased products
  • Assisting with contacting third party companies to arrange visits to the existing clients as part of an after care service
  • General day to day office administration relating to company products and services

  • Motivated, humble and a good attitude
  • Comfortable on the phone, writing emails
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail
