Sales Administrator required to join a busy manufacturing team at a specialist organisation based in Kettering, Northants. The company supply special purpose machinery to customers in the UK and overseas.
This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours a week and involves customer contact from both a sales and logistics perspective.
Main responsibilities:
- Efficient handling of customer communications
- Processing and progressing of sales returns, freight and courier services
- Various administrative and sales related activities
Applications are invited from candidates with the following background / experience:
- GCSEs or equivalent in both English Language and Maths
- A tenacious and can-do attitude
- Highly organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Customer service experience
Desirable experience / attributes:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment utilising supply chain systems
- Experience of sales administration or a similar role
- Experience in the use of email ticketing systems
