- Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with the Group Heads of HR, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Tackle Exciting Challenges: From complex employee relations cases to TUPE transfers, you'll be overseeing the action, providing expert advice and solutions.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices, enhance HR processes, and support the implementation of the annual pay review.

What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in HR management, with a passion for developing, motivating and leading a small HR team
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
- Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations cases to tribunal level and practical experience
- Extensive experience in a similar fast-paced generalist HR role with people management responsibilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- English and Maths GCSE (A-C) or equivalent
- A proactive and results-oriented approach
- A passion for education and making a difference
- Sound understanding of Equal Opportunities and GDPR legislation
