Are you a talented Solicitor looking for a new challenge? Kamro have partnered with a growing legal practice based in Kettering, known for providing expert legal services across all types of family law and private client matters. As a Family Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of family matters. This role will give you the chance to work on complex and rewarding legal issues. Once you become familiar with office procedures, flexible working arrangements, including hybrid remote working may be available to support your work-life balance.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 17:15pm

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial matters on the breakdown of a relationship and TOLATA cases.

  • Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the legal process.

  • Work closely with the team, using initiative to drive successful outcomes in a collaborative setting.

  • Ensure files are managed efficiently and in compliance with legal standards.

  • Maintain a high standard of client care, delivering exceptional service.

Experience

  • You need to be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law.

  • Ability to handle your own caseload independently.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
