We require a professional, dedicated and self-motivated person to join a busy and results focused Financial Services Department.
The successful candidate will be required to proactively manage their region and deliver strong delinquency, loss and sales performance in line with company and individual performance standards.
The Account Manager is the primary contact and advocate between the business and its field personnel on all aspects of the credit including, business development and new product introduction. The primary function of an Account Manager is to control performance within their region where it relates to delinquency and loss metrics. They will be expected to provide loss and delinquency projections to the Manager on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
The Account Manager will have direct contact with customers in order to collect payments and resolve any account arrears issues. They will adhere at all times to the FCA principles when treating Customers fairly and they will also be expected to counsel and advise Franchisees on credit sales issues, collection issues, and customer credit concerns.
In addition to the collection responsibilities of this role, we are looking for someone with the ability to drive sales and promote the credit offerings available to our Franchise network. Objectives will include building strong relationships whilst promoting the use of credit programs at all times. This will be done by selling program features and benefits, and training as required.
This role will provide the foundations for a strong career in a financial services environment and provide the successful candidate a platform to develop a number of valuable skills. Training and development will be provided on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will be degree educated (or equivalent), have a strong analytical ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
They should also have a good telephone manner, strong personality and highly professional approach.
The Account Manager role is complex and fast paced, therefore requires someone who can organise their time and prioritise their workload accordingly.
They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral and have a high level of competency in ICT (Email, Word, Excel).
The successful candidate will be employed full time, Monday to Friday; 9.00am - 5.30pm.
