Macildowie are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our leading client who is a market leading specialist MSP IT service provider. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their IT services needs.
- Bring on and develop new and existing business
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts, maximise profitability, and meet or exceed the minimum first-year expectation.
- Conduct regular customer visits, providing tailored solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Retain total control of your accounts, including pricing and margin decisions, with no minimum margin restrictions or micro-management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Contribute to the company's overall growth by identifying opportunities for new business and cross-selling services.

The candidate:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the IT services or MSP industry.
- A results-driven individual with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profit targets.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to tailor offerings to client needs.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage your own time and priorities effectively.
