Role Overview:Service Care Solutions is recruiting for a skilled Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join the Northamptonshire NHS on a temporary agency contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to play an integral part within the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), supporting service users on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Named Nurse, responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based care for service users and their carers within a defined geographical area linked to primary care networks.
  • Provide professional advice and support to other agencies and MDT members.
  • Step into the role of Operations Manager in their absence when required.

Requirements:

  • Smartcard and current/recent SystmOne knowledge.
  • Must have access to own transport.
