  • Handling incoming calls and welcoming visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Preparing sales proposals, processing orders, and managing invoicing.
  • Maintaining diary schedules, booking travel, and raising purchase orders.
  • Updating the company’s Pipedrive sales database and ensuring accurate records.
  • Overseeing office supplies and general administrative duties to keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organisational ability, excellent verbal/written communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • People Person: A professional and friendly phone manner.
