What You'll Be Doing:

  • Being the welcoming first point of contact, managing incoming calls and greeting visitors with professionalism.
  • Supporting the sales process by preparing proposals and processing orders accurately.
  • Managing invoicing and assisting with the preparation of month-end sales figures.
  • Efficiently managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
  • Processing travel requests and raising necessary purchase orders.
  • Maintaining and updating the company's sales database.
  • Ensuring the office is well-stocked by monitoring and ordering stationery and supplies.
  • Handling general filing and a variety of administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar office administration role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • The capacity to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Confidence and professionalism when communicating on the telephone.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - particularly EXCEL.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • A collaborative spirit and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
