Your Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor:
- Delivering and supervising pre-set lesson plans.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task.
- Engaging with students and answering any queries related to their learning.
- Following school policies and procedures to maintain a structured environment.
- Supporting the school team in creating a positive atmosphere for students.
Who We're Looking For:
- At least 6 months of experience in a Cover Supervisor role within the UK.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Confidence in leading a classroom with strong behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and adaptability.
- A passion for education and inspiring young learners.
