Our client based in Kettering has a new and exciting position for an Export and Compliance Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for gathering export and compliance data. Creating reports while making sure compliance data is up to date. With this role there is coverage for coordinating transport movements based on production levels, planning incoming and outgoing transport. A high level of accuracy is vital and being able to prioritise your workload is essential.

Duties

· Gathering Export data for Environmental Agency into internal reports

· Communicating with hauliers to gather data

· Making sure licences are up to date from reprocessors and ensure translated permits are available on internal system

· Capturing loading photos with full details (container, seal, trailer and vehicle number, date/time)

· Making sure hauliers/weighbridge certificates are compliant

· Requesting export documents/certificates from customers/ reprocessors

· Creating monthly reports

· Assisting in internal audits from the check list

Skills

· Excellent administration skills.

· Transport knowledge would be desirable

· Outstanding communication skills - both internally and externally.

· Confident manner.

· Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office and excel.

· Have outstanding customer service skills

· Have a sense of urgency.

· Be of strong work ethic with a can-do attitude.

· A high level of accuracy is required due to the nature of the role.

· Be self-motivated and be able to work to ever changing deadlines.

· Be able to think on your feet.
