We are currently working with a primary school based around the Kettering area, supporting them recruit a qualified primary teacher to start full time from January 2025. 

Responsibilities• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.• Educate students in various subjects, ensuring a well-rounded curriculum that promotes critical thinking and creativity.• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise.• Assess student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices within the school community.• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.Qualifications• A recognised teaching qualification in Primary Education or Early Childhood Education is essential or QTS qualification• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies for maintaining an effective classroom environment.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is desirable but not mandatory.• A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering the holistic development of each student.• Enhanced DBS on updated service
