Role:  Temporary Administrator/Receptionist

Location: Kettering NN15

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week 8:30 to 5:00 (can be flexible)

Salary: up to £15 per hour dependant on experience

We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Temporary Administrator/Receptionist to join our client’s team in Kettering.

Duties of an Administrator/Receptionist

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Support the senior leadership team with administration and coordination of tasks.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Prepare and format documents using MS Word.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets in MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop presentations in MS PowerPoint for meetings and client presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as required.

  • Proven experience as an administrator, receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
