Job Description:

As a Part time accounts assistant, you would take full ownership of both sides of the ledger and would report to the Finance Controller within a small, dynamic family run business.

Your role will encompass the following key accountabilities:

  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes
  • Set up new suppliers
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Send remittance advices
  • Assist with finance filing and administration
  • Handle supplier queries
  • Support Finance Officer with ad-hoc tasks

Key Technical Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Confident over the phone with key stakeholders and suppliers
