Adecco are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Afternoon Receptionist to join our client in Kettering.
Job title: Reception/Admin
Salary: 16,360 per annum
Location: Kettering
Hours: Monday - Thursday 1:30pm - 6pm / Fridays 1:30pm - 5:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments
- Assist with HR/Recruitment admin tasks such as creating on-boarding packs & offer letters for new starters
- Cover when AM Receptionist is on holiday
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in administration and/or reception duties.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
