Pertemps Kidderminster are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client on a Temporary to Permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
The Duties of Production Operative:
- Using a handheld spray gun to blast imperfection off metal products
- Use blasting equipment to clean surfaces
- Operate and maintain equipment.
- Inspect finished products to meet quality standards.
- Clean and maintain equipment
The Requirements of a Production Operative:
- Ability to follow instructions and work from production schedules.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- To assist with other machinery when required
- Ability to complete intricate, repetitive work
