Position: Trauma Specialist
Location: Kidderminster / Stottesdon

Hours: 08.45 - 3.10
Key Responsibilities:
* Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in managing trauma-related symptoms.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for children.
* Conduct assessments to evaluate trauma impacts and track progress throughout the therapeutic process.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of childs interactions and treatment progress.
* Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in trauma care.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Care work or a related field.
* Proven experience working with trauma survivors, including familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
* Strong understanding of trauma and its impact on mental health and behaviour.
* Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for clients.
