As a Registered Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a CQC registered residential home
  • Ensure the provision of therapeutic care for young people
  • Supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Residential Support Workers
  • Conduct referral assessments and manage placements
  • Handle rota management and ensure staff coverage
  • Manage quality reviews and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and company policies

The ideal Registered Manager will have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Manager
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Full clean driving licence (preferred)
