We have an amazing opportunity for an Employability Adviserworking for a Grade 1 provider.To deliver and support learners through their transition to employment and/or Apprenticeships. To deliver life skills, provide advice and guidance on career progression and you will be engaging with employers to support job matching, job carving, and reasonable adjustments.

Locations: Kidderminster

The successful candidate should have experience of:

  • A strong track record in exceeding targets and KPIs in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Being people-focused with exceptional communication and organisationalskills.
  • Prioritising competing demands with a positive can-doapproach.
  • Broker and sustain effective working relationships with employersand other community stakeholders to create opportunities for the participants youwork with.
  • Independently manage a complex caseload of participants positivelyovercoming multiple barriers to employment on an outreach basis in thecommunities you will operate in.
  • Prepared to travel regularly to support participants, and effectivelymanage your diary to achieve this.

You will receive:

  • 25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases, post 3 years service up to 28 days, and the option to purchase additional holiday
