Aspire People are partnering with a specialist school in the Kidderminster area to recruit a compassionate and resilient SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team. This school supports children aged 7 to 16 with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma-related needs. As part of the role, you will also contribute to personal care responsibilities, alongside other teachers and teaching assistants.

The Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, personalized lessons tailored to students' diverse needs.
* Use creative and adaptive teaching strategies to support communication, social skills, and emotional regulation.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to foster a positive learning environment.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students to help them feel safe, valued, and empowered.
* Support students in achieving their Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) targets.
* Assist with personal care as required, ensuring the well-being and dignity of each child.
What We're Looking For:
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience in SEN or a strong passion for special education.
* Must have the relevant qualifications. Listed above.
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable teaching approach.
* Experience working with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma-related needs (desirable).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals.
