Unusual opportunity for an experienced Audit professional to join a dynamic team in the Oxfordshire area. This is a newly-created Specialist Audit Team and the successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to progress quickly through to Management with a clear Partner Track in the future. Hybrid working with 2 Office days per week,

with some travel to client sites, primarily in the south.

Responsibilities

  • Working alongside managers and Partners on audit engagement

  • Leading audits with team members delivering planning, fieldwork and completion

  • Advising clients on audit matters, including Directors and CFOs

  • Communicating and building solid relationships with clients at all levels

  • Assisting in coaching and motivating a team of juniors

  • Managing audit requirements for a growing portfolio of clients, from small Trusts through to large Enterprise clients with international subsidiaries

Requirements

  • ACCA or ACA fully-qualified (or part-qualified if ACCA)

  • Proven experience in a specialised external Audit role

  • Strong communicator with ability to build relationships at all levels

  • Smart personal presentation for client-facing audit assignments

  • Approachable leadership qualities for future career development
