Description
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Performing variance analysis and implementing cost controls.
- Supporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Supporting the finance manager with ad-hoc tasks.
- Ensuring all financial operations are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A qualification in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of management accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
