Join our Corporate Support Team as a Corporate Support Officer, where you will provide essential support services such as scanning, printing, digitising, and post services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide administrative support across the Post room, Printing, and Scanning team to ensure excellent delivery of customer service.
- Sort and distribute post, manage signed records, and notify customers of receipt.
- Process correspondence and electronic communications including scanning, indexing, and importing documents and data as required.
- Download and process Planning Portal applications daily and prepare documents for validation.
- Scan and upload public comments daily, ensuring compliance with data protection by redacting personal and confidential information.
- Handle scanning and indexing of complete/archived planning and building control applications.
- Manage print and copier unit requests within agreed timescales.
- Perform daily printing of letters and invoices for all departments and process letters produced by remote workers.
- Pack large mail outs using folding inserter equipment and check outgoing mail to meet Royal Mail standards.
- Experience in data processing is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Proficient in using ICT systems quickly and accurately, including good typing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise and organise work to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
