Job Description:Are you an experienced Financial Planning professional looking for a rewarding part-time role in a supportive team?

Recruit UK are seeking a Part-time Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing financial planning practice.

They focus on quality financial planning and ensure their clients receive the best service available. The business has gone from strength to strength over the years’ and this is due to their value of their clients and having them at the forefront of what they do.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator, who is looking to take a step back to part-time hours (3 days a week) and work for a successful and quality focused company.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Client interaction: Meeting and greeting clients, providing exceptional service, and processing new business
  • System management: Updating IO systems, including platforms such as Transact, Standard Life, Reassure, Aviva, and L&G
  • Provider management: Dealing with clients, chasing providers
