Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a full-time, permanent Career Advisor to join their welcoming team. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career within a vibrant and dynamic business. As a Career Advisor, you will report to the Head of Sales & Operations, playing a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with qualified leads and inviting them to seminars and open days. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships and successfully enrolling individuals on training courses.  Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with qualified leads and their families.
  • Support interested cadets throughout their journey, efficiently answering any questions or queries.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company CRM (Hubspot).
  • Provide detailed reports and monitor lead progression.
  • Guide customers through the journey, inviting them to online seminars and open days.
  • Manage all associated Skills Assessment administration, including organising assessments, communicating with candidates in advance, and ensuring they are well-prepared and have all relevant information.
  • Set up skills assessments and analyse aptitude tests.
  • Act as the primary contact for all cadets and graduates.
  • Manage and document incoming and outgoing calls, including follow-ups and outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
  Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, particularly in a telephony-based environment.
  • Expertise in recruitment and selection activities, including aptitude and personality testing/profiling.
  • Demonstrable success in consistently achieving or exceeding KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to influence others.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with experience in time management and meeting deadlines.

  • Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
