Telephony Contact Centre Technician - Contract Vacancy
Rate: £120-£130 p/d
Contract Length: 3 Months (Potential for extension)
Working Location: Oxford (Full-Time) - Hybrid working available

My client has a requirement for an eager-to-learn telephony contact centre technician on a 3-month contract to start asap. The client is a managed service provider that supports clients with their networks and telecoms.
The client has had internal team restructure and requires a Telephony contact centre technician to support their top End Clients.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in 1st line technical support/ customer support experience via phone and email, resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- 1-2 years' experience needed
- Previous experience B2B enviornment
- Understanding of MSPs and the telecoms industry.
- CCaaS experience
- Ticketing systems experience (Service Now, Zendesk, ConnectWise, JIRA etc)
- Liaise with other teams and departments to ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.
