Business Development Manager

Salary & Benefits: £35,875 base (Including Geo Weighting) + £55,000 OTE (uncapped commission), with an attractive car allowance of up to £6200 (depending on car).

Your Responsibilities:

In your role, you will be pivotal in driving business growth through:

  • Business Acquisition: Identifying and approaching new clients through self-sourced and provided leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Engaging in both face-to-face and virtual meetings to assess client needs and offer tailored marketing solutions.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and finalizing contracts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ongoing Client Support: Managing relationships post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and continued business development.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Using analytics to identify growth opportunities and maximize ROI for clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in sales (Field Sales or High-Performance Telesales)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • The ability to overcome challenges with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Experience in solution-based selling or SaaS (desirable but not mandatory)
  • A valid UK driving license (no more than 6 penalty points)
