Nigel Frank is representing an internationally recognised Manufacturing organisation, assisting their search for a Head of Digital & Applications professional.

This unique opportunity involves leading a team responsible for driving digital innovation, transformation, and information security. Success in this role hinges on understanding business needs and translating them into a digital strategy. Communication is key, bridging technical concepts to a non-technical audience and ensuring seamless service delivery. Join the team in a dynamic environment where collaboration across functions is paramount.

This is a key role in the Technology Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CDIO, where my client are offering a clear and structure pathway to CTO level.

Role & Responsibilities

Accountable for the vision and technical strategy for digital products, application estate, and data
Supporting innovation for business value and leading multiple teams to deliver great service levels.
Rationalizing legacy applications, driving continuous improvement, and providing technical expertise in resolving operational issues.
Partnering with HR for performance and ensuring IT governance adoption and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

Excels in leading the delivery of enterprise-class application services to drive strategic imperatives.
Skilled in architecting and maintaining robust application estates aligned with industry best practices.
Expertise in developing executive-level business cases and nurturing strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
Well-versed in supporting IT services following ITIL frameworks.
