Sales ExecutiveWitneyCirca £30,000-40,000 plus annual bonusWe are looking for a Sales Executive to work for a client of ours.  This is a full-time, office-based position in Witney with a salary in the region of £30,000-40,000 depending on level of experience plus an annual performance-based bonus.Mon-Fri 8.30-4.45 (3pm on Fridays) and 45 minutes for lunch.  They are looking for a driven, ambitious person who has the desire to succeed.  This is a fast-moving role that requires you to use your initiative to create new business and manage existing clients.  We are looking for someone with a strong, successful history in telesales.  You would be expected to spend 2 hours a day contacting clients by phone so this is a large part of the role. Initially you would be working with approximately 30% existing clients and 70% new business whilst you build client base in your area.  You should be able to handle your own prospects life cycle, from selling, right through to completion including all the sales administration to go with that.  For this Sales Executive position we are looking for,
  • Minimum of 3 years in a telesales role, managing your own accounts and a demonstrable history of hitting sales targets, backed up with figures
  • Experience of new business development including cold calling
  • The ability to think outside the box and build strong relationships
  • Knowledge of Sage and CRM System
  • Ability to absorb information about products to upsell and be consultative (Product training given)
