Our client in Oxford is currently looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis, 37.50 hours per week. This is a temporary to permanent role, so you must be interested in a permanent opportunity with the business.Your new roleAs a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service to customers handling enquiries, registrations, and renewals. You will make up to 50 targeted outbound calls per day, to businesses and customers to explain the benefits of the services the company provides, assisting them with the subscription process. You will be expected to log and maintain records of customer contact, activity, and outcomes on the internal CRM system. You must be able to work to targets and thrive in a phone-based role (inbound and outbound calls).What you'll need to succeedYou will be a driven and motivated individual who is able to work to deadlines and meet targets. You will maintain a personable and positive attitude when speaking to customers and dealing with setbacks. You will have previous experience in a customer service environment and/or will be comfortable with customer contact through a high volume of calls.
