Responsibilities:
. Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, handling incoming tickets and calls with professionalism.
. Work closely with engineers and management to route technical issues to the appropriate resources.
. Keep end users informed with timely updates on the status of their requests.
. Manage the full lifecycle of tickets, from creation to resolution.

. Proficient in using Windows desktop computers.
