About the Role:

We are partnering with a prestigious company to find a dynamic and experienced People Change Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation on a 2-year fixed term contract, working remotely with travel to various sites.

As a People Change Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting organisational change management initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing end-to-end support for the successful delivery of change management projects, including restructures and TUPE transfers.
  • Developing and implementing effective engagement, cultural development, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and positive outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification.
  • Mediation experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
