  • Client-Centered Engagement: Provide comprehensive whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice, establishing trust with clients and helping them navigate their mortgage options to secure 1-2 mortgage completions per week.
  • Customized Mortgage Solutions: Tailor your advice to suit each introducer’s preferences, offering both fee-based and non-fee-based options to meet diverse client needs.
  • Business Development Focus: In addition to provided leads, expand your reach by connecting with local new build developers across Oxfordshire, broadening your client base and creating further business opportunities.
  • Streamlined Process Management: Efficiently handle new build mortgage inquiries, ensuring a smooth process for clients and fostering commitment to their chosen properties.
  • Home-Based Flexibility: Perform all duties from a well-equipped home office, with all necessary IT equipment provided, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: Base salary up to £29,000, inclusive of car allowance, with financial guarantees for the first six months.
  • Commission and Earnings Potential: OTE of £55,000 - £70,000, with a commission structure offering 10%-25%.
