Location: South OxfordSalary: Up to £40k Basic + Uncapped Earning Potential
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Protection Insurance Broker to join a thriving and expanding mortgage brokerage based South of Oxford.
Role Overview:
As a Protection Insurance Broker, you will work closely with the Director / Senior Mortgage Broker to provide clients with clear, concise, and professional advice in key areas such as:
- Life Insurance
- Critical Illness Cover
- Accident, Sickness, and Unemployment (ASU) Insurance
You will also have the opportunity to expand your earning potential by advising on general insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering tailored protection insurance advice to meet the individual needs of clients
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market, ensuring clients receive the best possible advice
- Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer service
- Working closely with the Director to achieve brokerage goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Protection Insurance Broker
- Strong knowledge of protection insurance products, including Life, Critical Illness, and ASU
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
