An established accountancy firm in North East Oxfordshire is looking for a skilled Audit & Accounts Manager to join their growing team. This is a key leadership role, offering the chance to oversee client accounts, lead audit assignments, and contribute to business growth.About the Role The Audit & Accounts Manager will be responsible for handling a varied client portfolio across multiple industries. They will manage audit projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide expert advisory services. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in expanding the firm's services and strengthening client relationships.Key Responsibilities

Overseeing audit engagements from initial planning through to completion.
Ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant auditing standards.
Leading and mentoring a team of auditors and accountants to maintain a high-performance environment.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Identifying opportunities to enhance business development and service offerings.
Reviewing financial statements and providing valuable insights to clients.
Collaborating with partners to enhance operational efficiency.

Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be an experienced audit professional with strong technical expertise and leadership abilities. They should have a proven track record of managing diverse client accounts and driving business growth.Key Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
Strong background in audit and accounts within a UK accountancy practice.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit regulations.
Proven ability to develop client relationships and identify business opportunities.
Commercially minded with strong communication and presentation skills.
