The Opportunity

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a driven and strategically focused finance professional to work closely with the two entrepreneurial founders, helping to shape the next chapter of the business as they continue to scale rapidly and partner with some of the world’s most recognised organisations. The successful Finance Director will bring structure and clarity to ambitious ideas, and drive the day-to-day operational excellence.
Alongside owning all financial planning and reporting, the successful candidate will play a vital role in driving wider operational strategy, building scalable systems and processes, and supporting on major commercial decisions. The long-term ambition is for this person to grow into a CFO role as the business continues to evolve.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a scaling SME or high-growth environment
- Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on approach to both finance and operations
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working closely with entrepreneurial founders
- Experience working with or reporting to a board or senior leadership team
- Confident in bringing structure, process, and rigour to support business growth
- Passionate about making a difference through innovation and mission-driven work
