About the Company

An impressive software and technology company trading through market-leading subsidiaries working with globally recognised organisations and customers worldwide is hiring for a newly created role of an FP&A Manager to join their group finance team as number two to the CFO.

Your new role

The FP&A Manager will provide strategic financial insights and analysis to drive decision-making within the organisation. This role involves managing financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis while partnering with various departments to optimise financial performance and support strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities will fall within:

  • Financial Planning and Forecasting
  • Analysis and Reporting
  • Strategic Decision Support
  • Process Improvement
  • Leadership
  • Compliance and Risk Management

What you'll need to succeed

You must be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a minimum of three plus years working in a progressive financial planning and analysis role, preferably with managerial and leadership responsibilities.

What you'll get in return

  • Circa £70k annual salary + discretionary bonus on company performance (salary up for discussion/will consider looking at profiles with a higher expectation)
  • Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
