Interim FP&A Manager | TEMP TO PERM | Oxfordshire/Hybrid Working | £65,000 - £80,000 DOE | Management Reporting, Budgeting and Projects

Communicate are partnering with a Renewables Start Up as they look to bring on an Interim FP&A Analyst/Manager who can assist with the management reporting, board packs, budgeting and projects.

This is an initial temp contract due to start in September and there is scope to go Temp to Perm in this role.

Key requirements;

  • A qualified accountant, either from Practice or in a relevant industry
  • Previous exposure to financial accounting and monthly management reporting
  • A good understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP

Key responsibilities;

  • Working alongside the Group Financial Controller and CFO in a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Financial Accounting - reviewing month-end and year-end accounts, management reporting and prep of board packs
  • Play a key role in a budgeting cycle, creation of 5 year plans and cash forecasting
  • Projects - this is an SME Start Up and there will be a chance to get involved in a range of business projects
    • Able to work in a "change environment" - this role would suit someone autonomous and entrepreneurial
