An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established, growing engineering firm in the Oxfordshire area as an Administrator. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in a supportive and professional environment. Hours for this full time permanent role are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm based fully onsite.To be considered for the Administrator role we are looking for:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • IT and Excel literacy.
  • Driving ability to commute to the office (OX5 3JA).
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator role include: 
  • Supporting the Commercial team with document management and maintaining procedures.
  • Managing photocopying, printing, and ensuring printers are well-maintained.
  • Printing CAD drawings using the office plotter.
  • Organising and maintaining storage rooms and archives.
  • Updating the drawing register and notifying teams of revisions.
  • Ordering office supplies and assisting with event organisation.
  • Providing support to the production team and Directors as needed.

  • Starting salary of £22k
