A family is seeking a motivated and self-reliant couple to live and work at their estate in Oxfordshire.
The role involves household duties, cooking, and managing both the property and garden. The couple will be responsible for overseeing property maintenance and liaising with external contractors during the family’s absence. When the family are home, they will also be responsible for cooking, driving, and looking after them.
Candidates must have relevant experience in housekeeping, gardening, and general maintenance. Cooking skills will be required and both must possess a UK driving license.
Discretion, trustworthiness, proactivity, and the ability to take initiative are essential. Accommodation will be provided on the estate, and the couple are expected to be on-site seven days a week but with flexibility they will have weekends off.
