This a 6 month contract , maternity cover, for a global organisation as an HR Business Partner. There is a strong hybrid working policy and you will have the opportunity to work from home up to 90% of the time.

You will be joining a global business, with over 2,000 employees spread across the world. This role sits in a team of 4 other Business Partners and will provide support to circa 600 employees in several different countries. Description
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Playing a vital role in the implementation of People strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy during change cycles.
- Supporting business needs through development, engagement, motivation and retention.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Providing support for People Team initiatives, bringing a solution focused mindset.
- Partnering closely with line managers to build strong relationships and provide sound advice on People related queries.
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- Demonstrable experienced working as a People Business Partner in previous role/s
- Experience working within a large, global organisation
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Dynamic approach
- Immediate availability and desire to commit to a 6 month contract
